The Templates page lists all property mapping templates saved in the Organization. Each template is a snapshot of a System Integration’s property mappings that can be reused when setting up a new integration of the same kind. From this page a template’s name can be edited and templates that are no longer needed can be deleted. Templates are applied when creating a new System Integration - not from this page. During integration setup, an existing template can be selected to pre-populate the property mappings, saving the work of configuring them from scratch. The same form lists the property mappings about to be created, grouped by category (Personal, Contact, Employment, Salaries & Compensation, Financial, HR, Family, Technical) with a count per group. Untick a group to leave its mappings out, whether they come from a template or from the system’s defaults. This is a one-time choice: nothing is stored on the integration, and any skipped mapping can be added later from the property mapper. A group with no mappings is shown greyed out, so it is visible that a template covers nothing in it. For how templates are created, see Templates in the Platform section.
