The System Data area in the backoffice is a viewer for all the entities Twine has stored for an Organization, browseable per domain. The available views are Employees, Organizational Units, Customers, Projects, Schedules, and Time Reports. The Employees view is the most fleshed-out and the most used in practice.

Per-entity actions

From an entity detail view it is possible to:
  • Preview the target payload - inspect what Twine would send to a given target system during replication. Supported for some target systems.
  • Inspect remote data - view the corresponding data as it currently exists in the connected remote systems, side-by-side with what Twine has stored.
  • Trigger an isolated sync - select a Domain Mapping from a dropdown and start a Sync job scoped to just that single entity. Useful for verifying configuration changes or pushing a single corrected record without running a full sync.
