The Anomalies page surfaces anomalies detected across the Organization’s integrations. Each row represents a unique combination of entity and anomaly code (plus any additional metadata). If the same anomaly is encountered multiple times for the same combination, the row shows a count of occurrences and the most recent timestamp - earlier timestamps are not retained. Clicking an anomaly row expands it to show additional detail about the affected entity and the specific issue encountered.

Resolving anomalies

Anomalies can be resolved in two ways:
  • One at a time - select an individual anomaly and resolve it.
  • All at once - resolve every anomaly currently listed in a single action.
Resolving an anomaly removes it from the list. If the underlying issue has not been fixed, the anomaly will reappear on the next sync run that encounters the same problem. Some anomalies clear automatically when the data issue that caused them is corrected in the source system. For those that do not, manual resolution is the only way to remove them.

Notifications

Anomalies can be delivered as email digests via the Notifications settings, so the right people are informed without having to monitor this page.
