Performs strict equality checks between two streams of dated properties, emitting one boolean per input dated property.

Pairing

For each dated property on the input port, the node looks up a dated property with the same valid_from and id on the comparend port. The two values are then compared with ==. If no matching comparend exists, the value is compared against nil.
