Organizational Unit

Organizational units represent nodes in a company’s structure - departments, divisions, teams, or similar groupings. They can be nested via a parent reference to form a hierarchy. All properties follow the dated property model.

Properties

Property	Description
`name`	The unit’s display name
`description`	Optional description
`email`	Contact email address
`phone`	Contact phone number
`tier`	The unit’s level in the organisational hierarchy
`source_external_id`	The unit’s primary key in the source system. Must always be mapped - see Source Properties.
`source_external_parent_id`	The parent unit’s primary key in the source system, used to resolve the hierarchy
`custom_properties`	See Custom Properties
