This page is part of an early release. Detailed information about Twine’s integration with this system is being prepared and will be filled in shortly.

Export file names

When HogiaLön Plus is the target of an employee domain mapping, each sync produces one file, which Twine hands to whichever file transfer integration delivers it: SFTP, S3, Twine’s own SFTP server, or Manual download. Its name is built like this:
The name is how the destination addresses the file: an SFTP target joins it onto the directory path, an S3 target onto the key prefix, and a manual download offers it under that name. Two files delivered under one name are one file, so the timestamp is always added — it is what keeps yesterday’s export from being replaced by today’s, or today’s from being refused because yesterday’s is still there. The timestamp is the UTC date and time the file was produced, as YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS, so sorting a directory by name sorts it by age.

Setting a prefix

Export file name prefix, under General in the integration’s settings, is optional and empty by default — which gives you hogia_file_persons_upload_20260825-134501.txt. Set it when two integrations deliver into the same directory, or when whatever picks the file up on the far side expects a name of its own. Letters, digits, dots, dashes and underscores are accepted, up to 64 characters. Anything else is rejected when you save rather than quietly stripped: the prefix becomes part of a path at the destination, so a name you did not choose would be worse than a name you cannot save. Twine puts an underscore between the prefix and the rest of the name, unless you ended the prefix with a separator yourself:
A new prefix applies from the next sync onwards. Files already delivered keep the name they were delivered under.

Sending only recent changes

By default every export carries every employee in full: their current values and their complete history. Only send recent changes, also under General, limits the file to employees with a recorded change inside a rolling window you choose — and for those employees, to the salary and vacation history falling inside it, plus the current value of any other field that changed. Leave it off unless you have a reason to turn it on. The window can only find employees whose changes Twine has recorded, so it will never include an employee whose details have been correct since before change tracking began, however far back you set it. Widening the window is not a way to ask for everyone; switching it off is.
